  The green, blue and black all head out on the same trail, and the green is a nice enough path through the forest past an industrial estate, but with pretty steep hills for an 'easy' trail.

  we wouldn't recommend these trails for a relaxed day out in the hills - prepare for Armageddon!

  Then things got a little worse for us.. Following the signs for the red takes you up a 10-12% incline straight up the tallest hill in the area. Beautiful views from the top, but we were essentially punching our bikes uphill for about 45 mins!

  The start point for the trails is the fitness centre, and after some prompting they were able to give us a map of the MTB trails.

  At this critical point, all of the BTT signs disappeared, and we were left to decide whether to turn back or try and find the trail. In short we lost the trail, and were robbed of the downhill hacking through undergrowth.
